Hello,

please go to Biskupa Bruno Square 3, Ostrava. This is your apartment address.

There are mailboxes at the entrance.

Find the box with the description of apartment 235.

Open the mailbox. The key to the entrance is located on the right side.

Take the key, enter the entrance and you will see the mailboxes on your right.

Only one box has a code.

Set the code to 1234, turn the lock and open it.

There is a bunch of keys (apartment key, entrance key) and a phone in the box. Please leave the phone in the mailbox.

Now please return to the front entrance and return the separate key to the front mailbox 235!

Go back to the entrance. The apartment is on the third floor. The apartment number is 235, it's on the left side of the elevator.

You now have a bunch of keys on you.

We'd be very happy if you let us know if you were able to check in.
