You enter the courtyard between the houses, to the right of the garage.

In the yard, take the first alley on the left.

You will come to the entrance.

Find the mailbox labeled B.1.3.

Set code 3347, turn the lock and open.

There is a bunch of keys (apartment key, entrance key) and a phone in the box. Please leave the phone in the mailbox.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Apartment number is 1.3, it is right opposite the elevator.
